An ultrasound will enable you to see the baby growing within you. With an ultrasound you will also be able to determine how far along you are in your pregnancy. Also an ultrasound will determine if the fetus is growing normally. Approximately 31% of pregnancies do not develop as expected and are miscarried. An ultrasound can help to detect any problems. This is a limited ultrasound so being seen by a doctor is vital to the health of you and your baby.
